The kids got into our Halloween Box and now Makayla has the sister she's always wanted
Girls watch out this little DEVILS smile can really melt a girls heart
She is always trying to trick us and make us laugh
I think, I need a journal so I don't feel the need to bore everyone with the intimate details of my life. But here it goes.
It's spring break so I'm trying my best to keep the kids out and about and busy. We've gone camping, to the park with friends, to the jump house, to "Horton Hears a Who", and now Jeremy is going out of town for two nights, so I might have to bring out all the stops to keep them busy and me sane. My house is really taking a beating. I don't know how I'm going to keep up with the cooking and cleaning during the summer. The kids are everywhere and into everything and it looks like a tornado hit McKinney.
I love my new pot rack Jeremy installed and I love my new pots they are gorgeous and they cook so good or maybe it's my cooking that's so great:)
Jackson is 25 months old and today got weighed in at 22lbs 5oz. One of his friends is 24 months and 32 pounds!!!! but I think the doctor has stopped worrying for now and I am through with doctor appointment for him.
I can't believe Easter is almost here. I'm not even ready. It kind of snuck up on me. I just got Makayla an Easter dress tonight:) I let her come and help pick it out. It was a lot of fun. It's so hard to find dresses with sleeves though.
Makayla and I are really into reading at night together. I've been reading Junie B. Jones books, Matilda, and Freckle Juice etc. It is so much fun. I told Jeremy he'd have to forgive me for staying in her room a little later at night because I love it so much. We've been going to the library and it brings back all these memories of Beverly Clearly, Choose your own adventures, Sweet Valley High Twins, and Box Car Children. I have a lot of fond memories of my mom reading to us at night from "Box Car Children" and "Indian in the Cupboard." Isaac is so upset that Makayla gets to check out chapter books and he doesn't. I know there's no way he'd make it through one page with no pictures. Maybe I'll let him check out a big boy chapter book next library trip.
Makayla is going to try out for the school talent show. She informed us last week that try outs are coming up and she wants to tell jokes. Which I think is so cute and so we're going to try and help her get ready for that.
PLEASE SHARE YOUR FAVORITE (AGE APPROPRIATE) KNOCK KNOCK JOKE MAYBE SHE COULD USE THEM IN HER ACT!!!!!!

Camping!!!!
We went camping Friday night. We were going to go with some friend next weekend but Jeremy is going with the scouts. So, we went camping at Erwin park (15 minutes from home) for one night and had a wonderful time. Now that we've bought all the camping stuff and there's a place so close, I'm hoping we go a lot more often. The kids were a little nervous at first but really had a good time. The weather was almost perfect. Except for that morning it was a little cold and very windy so we left a little early and made it home by noon on Saturday. I think roasting marshmellow was the favorite of course.

Some Recent Happenings
I finally hung the pot rack that Chauntel got a few months ago. She found the pots on a close-out sale and it was game-time to put up the rack. I finally found the freakin' studs with the stud finder and we hooked it up. Our house is coming together one small project at a time. If you click on the picture, so can see it a little better
The picture of Jackson is of his first trip to the time out chair. It was pretty funny. He was fussin' in the kitchen and since that is not acceptable, BOOM! His first trip to timeout was initiated. Since he's seen his older brother in that chair almost on daily basis for the last year, I think he thought it was pretty neat that he got to do it too. I think he felt some sort of rite of passage that he was officially a big boy now because as soon as he landed in the chair, he looked up at me and grinned. I told him that it was timeout time, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so, that I had to get a picture.
Pudding is a new favorite of the Logsdons and, as is apparent with Isaac, will probably be for a long time.
This is a picture of Chauntel at Isaac's soccer game last week. She's usually the one taking all of the pictures, so there's not enough of her on the blog.
I love this picture of Makayla. It's usually in pictures that I see how much she is growing up.
Here's a link to a video of Jackson on youtube. Isaac is the one you hear in the background yelling "I'm doooone". He was on the pot and was letting the world know that he's done and someone needs to wipe him. At least now he's telling us he's done. For the longest he couldn't figure out how those skid marks kept getting in his underwear. We started saying that the skid mark monster crawled up his pants and bit him when he wasn't looking.

Jeremy has been TAGGED
Momma Schultz and Amy have tagged me. I can only guess that many more have wished to, but just haven't had the courage. Here goes.
A. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning.
B. Each player answers the questions about themselves.
C. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names and then goes to their blogs and leaves a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and that they should read your blog.
I was on my mission in the California Roseville Mission. More specifically, I was serving in the Roseville 4th Ward. The Bishop was Bishop Stuart - he served his mission in Japan. I just talked to him a few months ago. My companion was still my trainer, Elder Felkins.
5 things on my list to do today....
1. Go to work
2. Make the pleasant "late calls" today to everybody that owes me money. That always goes over well every month. I find joy in hearing the reasons anymore as to why people don't feel the need to pay me.
3. Go to the gym in the hopes of becoming really buff so that I can become a contestant on American Gladiator.
4. Make pizza pockets tonight
5. Make out with my wife. I don't know if that is on her agenda tonight or not, but it is gonna happen.
Snacks I enjoy.....
My favorite dessert is hot brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce. I've inherited from my Dad a love of chips. Any kind.
What I would do if I were suddenly a millionaire.....
I would, as most would say, get alot of land. I loved going to the Guffey's farm growing up and hunting and working on it. Every kid should have that experience growing up. I would also get a Sting Ray corvette and grow a mullet. When you have a million dollars, you can get an old corvette, grow a mullet, and the chicks still dig it.
3 bad habits......
1. Not "empathetic" enough is what I'm told
2. Too lazy at times to save the world
3. Need to listen more to my wife
5 places I have lived.....
1. Louisvill,KY
2. California
3. Rexburg, ID
4. San Antonio, Tx
5. Mckinney, TX
5 jobs I have had......
1. Hod carrier for Bricklayers
2. Movie Theater
3. Male Dancer j/k - UPS
4. Sold Cinnamon Rolls in Downtown Rexburg from door to door, business to business. I wore an apron and everything. The people thought I made them myself and was always asking me about ingredients. I would just say yes when they asked if I used whatever. I would just show up at this bakery and they'd have a bunch ready for me and I'd go out and sell them. Pretty wild now that I look back on it.
5. Own 2 Pest Control Companies
5 things people don't know about me.......
1. I enjoy cleaning
2. I have hemrhoids
3. I eat a bowl of cereal every night while reading or watching TV
4. I always feel that there is something greater that I can become or can do
5. I don't know if there is anyone hotter to me than my wife. She was wearing this brown sweater the other day with her jeans, and I thought, "Seriously, Who is hotter than her." I then tackled her.
You are supposed to tag other people at this point. I tag Michael, Tito Ortiz, James Carter, Makayla, Uncle Rusty, and Grandma Logsdon.

SNOW IN MCKINNEY!!
It started snowing last night on our way to the library for FHE. It was really neat to watch the kids see the snow again. We haven't seen snow since it snowed on Christmas Eve in Houston a few years ago. We woke up this morning to about 3 inches on the ground. We got a call at 5:45 am saying that all Mckinney schools were going to be 2 hours late today, so we all just played in the snow this morning and Mom made us all hot chocolate when we were through.

Swim lessons
Makayla's passed swim level two and would be moving up to level three, but her mom forgot to sign her up. So there was only one spot available in level 2. I got her signed up for level three in April. She is doing so good. Her back stroke is awesome and her front crawel is great. She just needs to work on breathing correctly. I love watching her swim because she loves it so much.

First Soccer Game!!!!
Isaac had his first game on Saturday. It was so much fun to watch. He scored three goals. His first, was the first of the game and it was in the wrong goal:) And I didn't even get it on tape:( His second goal was so cute, he did a double fist pump with big "Yeeess." It too was a Kodak moment not caught on film. I will try better next time. The problem is that while I was taping the baby ran out on the field with a ball (a few times) So I had to pay more attention and wasn't able to tape everything.
Isaac was so cute, he kept giving his teammates hi-fives. I loved it.
