This is a cute picture of my older sister Rochelle with two of her three kids.
My sister was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer about three months ago and has been doing chemo. She is now cancer free with two more rounds of chemo. So she'll be done in mid February. Without having to have a mastectomy. Yeah!!!! I think so many people have been praying for her and because of every one's faith that prayers are heard and that miracles happen everyday. I'm so happy for her and her family. This Christmas will be one to remember. I can't wait to get home and see everyone. Let the count down begin. 6 days!!!

I can't tell you how good that is to hear! She has been so positive throughout this, despite how she must been feeling physically. I look at her blog from the link on yours every once in a while. She is truly an inspiration to everyone! Thank you so much for sharing the wonderful news!
Love you guys. I know Grammy is so excited to come and see you.

you guys are going to have a beautiful christmas together
That is awesome news. She has been in my prayers and I like Melissa have also looked at her blog and am amazed at what a positive person she is. My Grandmas was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years ago and had to have a mastectomy but she also stayed positive and is doing well. You guys have a wonderful Christmas.

Elder Logsdon--Hello from Oroville!! It was great to hear from you and find out about your wonderful family. It sounds like you are having some of those "learning experiences" that refine and change us throughout mortality. We know that God will help each of us get through them, and that we especially feel His love while in the midst of them.
We continue to press forward in the midst of challenges, but always see God's hand in our lives.
Katie is very sick with Lyme disease (check out her blog at www.callfamlv.blogspot.com--it also has many links to others in the ward you would have known when you were here.) We wish to best for you and your sweet family. Love, Sims and Kathryn Lowry
